What Went Wrong
As I suspected WAS is no where near Top 10 in Pass Def.
I predicted Manning would be Pressured, get Sacked, and Throw Picks.
Just the Opposite was True.
Cousins was Pressured, got Sacked and Threw Picks.
What Went Wrong?
One Word "Gruden".
The Rookie Coach Made Rookie Mistakes.
The Redskins looked like they were in Prevent Defense all Night.
They did Not Blitz Eli.
The Corners were playing 10 yards off the Receivers All Night.
Result?
Eli had all the time in the world and Ate Them Up with Short Passes.
Long Drives by NYG put Cousins in Bad Field Position All Night.
Eli and the Giants had Great Field Position on every Drive
When Eli is Under Pressure and Behind - He Cracks every time.
He Wasn't, Cousins was.
Cousins is a Good QB.
He threw off his back foot and tried to force plays.
Good Pocket Passers need a Pocket.
But he had Pass Rushers in his Face all Night.
He was in the Hole and tried to get out.
Good Defense provides Mulligans for QBs.
Eli got a bunch - Cousins got none.
Manning didn't need any vs that Defensive Scheme.
Thursday and Monday Night is fun.
But Sometimes you bet Games you would Pass on if they were on Sunday.
I was Real Close to Posting (OFF) Tonight
But the Matchup was Good for WAS.
No Apologies
If Gruden Blitzed Manning and Jammed the Receivers off the Line-
Opposite Result.
You learn a lot more when you have money on a game - You Watch.
$40 loss - Cheap Education I Guess.
Cost me an 0-2 Start though.
Hope it Didn't cost you guys too much.

Now I gotta listen her all week.

WE'LL SEE?
MY CONCERN IS THAT TURNOVERS AND 3 AND OUTS BY ELI-
COULD WEAR OUT THE NYG DEFENSE AND LET SKINS RUN IT UP.
WAS RED ZONE OFF WAS 67% LAST WEEK
ALSO, THE ONLY GOOD DEFENSIVE GAME FOR WAS VS JAC.
PHI SCORED 37 ON THE SKINS LAST WEEK
THE GIANTS ARE NOT THE EAGLES -
BUT NOT SURE EITHER PASS DEF IS TOP 10.
