Mike L. has been preaching that playing at home on a Sunday or Monday night nationally televised game is worth 7 points to the home team. Really? Well I did the stats.
Home teams were 13 and 4 or 76%!
Now the Colts played in two of those games and have no wins - so I threw then out. That's still 11-4 or 73%. The home teams won by and avg or 8.7
So, kudos to Mike L.! Although trends can change - you may want to factor that 7 points in to the spread on those night games. We will have 3 per week as Thursday night games return next week.
