2000 Mg Vitiman C, 2 Probiotics (Acidophilis) and one drop of Oregano Oil in a shot of water all 3 - every 4 hours (just a drop it burns a little)-But Kills Viruses. You can buy Oregano oil at a Health food store. Got well in 1 day after taking those 3 for a day.
